COVID-19 Office Protocols
The health and well-being of our clients is our highest priority. At Estrabillo Dental Group, we have implemented a number of procedures to enhance infection protection and ensure client safety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Here is what you can expect from our team:
Equipment sterilization
We always follow strict sterilization protocols to minimize contamination. All instruments are thoroughly sterilized between clients.
Personal Protective Equipment
All of our dental care team are wearing enhanced PPE, including masks, gowns, goggles, gloves and faceshields. Please bring your own mask and wear it at all times inside the clinic. Team members will advise you when it can be removed for treatment.
Social distancing
All operatories have been enclosed to meet all regulatory provincial and federal recommendations to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Our spacious reception area allows you to practice social distancing, and we have a secondary enclosed area where clients can wait safely to be checked in.We have staggered appointments to minimize the number of clients in any area at the same time. Team members are constantly managing the flow of clients to ensure distancing measures are followed.

Screening
We are following the screening guidelines outlined by the Government of Ontario. A clinic team member will contact you by phone prior to your appointment to ensure you are not experiencing any COVID-related symptoms. Our team will review the screening questions when you arrive for your appointment. We will also check your temperature.
Air purification
We have upgraded the capacities and functionalities of our current surgical air and HVAC systems to purify the air and remove contaminants.
Office disinfection
Throughout the clinic our team is disinfecting high-touch surfaces regularly. All magazines and toys have been removed from our reception area.
